GB Battery VRLA BATTERIES

The Battery is manufactured by special plates of lead-calcium, ABS container, AGM Separators, & Safety Valves. Since the electrolyte is stored in plate & separator, the battery can be kept in any position without any leakage. The battery is designed with lower internal resistance & not required water or electrolyte during service period.

Do not over charge the batteries, Charge with constant voltage charger at least once in every three months period.
Do not over discharge, charge the battery immediately after the discharge. If battery is stored in discharge state there may be difficulty in recharging due to the increase in internal resistance.
Do not keep the battery near fire, heat generating equipment or near a device that may cause sparks. Do not place the battery in the proximity of organic solvents or adhesive materials.
Make provision for proper ventilation if the battery is used in enclosed space or Container. Clean the battery if dirt or dust is found.
Do not splash oil or organic solvents on the battery. Clean the battery with damp cloth.
Do not short or dismantle the battery. If sulphuric acid is contacted any parts of the body, rinse the affected part with plenty of fresh water & take medical help immediately.
Fasten the batteries securely to protect them from abnormal vibration & shocks during in use.
Periodical checking & maintenance is advisable. Do not use crack, leakage or de formed battery. The storage Temperature should be around 25°C.
